Jennifer Grace Federspiel, nee Shearman, born on 25 December 1947 in Ash, Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom, married since 25 October 1985 to Walter Federspiel, born on 6 January 1947, daughter of Shearman Alfred Thomas, deceased on 20 June 1986, and of Mary Elizabeth, nee Murray, deceased on 23 August 1992, most recently residing in Winterthur, Switzerland, passed away on 29 September 2014.
Besides the decedent's husband, the following could be identified to date: her brother, Paul Shearman, born on 28 September 1945, as well as the descendants of the decedent's deceased sister, Patricia Helen Jean Williams, nee Shearman, born on 9 April 1939 and deceased on 23 September 1989, i.e. Carol Williams, born on 14 July 1962, Mandy Elizabeth McGinnes, nee Williams, born on 25 June 1964, and Paul John Williams, born on 30 August 1965. Further potential heirs include the decedent's sisters, i.e. their descendants. These are the descendants of Cecilia Smith, nee Shearman, born in 1937 and deceased in 1998, i.e. Catherine, David and Elizabeth, and the descendant of Janet Catherine Spark, nee Shearman, born in 1947 and deceased in 1988, i.e. Gary.
Any persons entitled to inherit from the deceased's estate,
are hereby called upon to contact Winterthur District Court
in Switzerland within one year of the publication of this Call
for Heirs and provide proof of their entitlement by means of
official documentation.
