IN THE ESTATE OF ERIC EDWARD JOHN WHITE DECEASED PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Eric Edward John White deceased late of 93 Brook Lane, Warsash, Southampton SO31 9FE who died on 29th June 2015 and probate to whose estate was granted on 27 October 2015 out of the Winchester Probate Registry to Jaine Best are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Jaine Best on or before 28th February 2016 after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which she has notice and she shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands she then had not had notice.
