Section 27 Of The Trustee Act 1925 Antonio Iampietro Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the estate of the late Antonio Iampietro ice cream vendor of 23 Earls Close Eastleigh SO508HY, who died on 2nd September 2015, should send particulars in writing to Leonardo Iampietro, at 189 Chestnut Avenue Eastleigh SO505BT, by 6 January 2016. After this date the personal representatives will convey or distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, whether formal or not, of which the personal representatives then had notice and shall not, as respects the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representatives have not had notice at the time of conveyance or distribution."
