(MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR (l)TRANSFER & (2) VARIATION OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE
We, Sylvan Glade Limited of I Ojs Industrial Park, Claybank Road, Portsmouth P03 5SX hereby give notice that we made application on 3rd December 2015 to Southampton City Council for (I) the transfer and (2) variation of a licence for a Sexual Entertainment Venue as defined in Schedule 3 to the Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, at full postal address) Wiggle (formerly known as Isis), 188 Above Bar Street, Bargate, Southampton SO 14 7DW A summary of the application is as follows: (I) To transfer the Licence into the name of Sylvan Glade Limited (2) To extend the permitted hours for adult entertainment on Mondays to Sundays until 06:00.
