LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made to Southampton City Council by Sylvan Glade Limited for the variation of a Premises Licence for Wiggle (formerly known as Isis Gentlemens Club) situated at 188 Above Bar Street, Bargate, Southampton SO 14 7DW. The nature of the proposed variation being to allow the sale of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays from 10:00 until 05:00; the provision of Regulated Entertainment on Mondays to Sundays from 10:00 until 06:00 and the provision of Late Night Refreshment on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00 until 05:00. The variation also seeks to remove various specified Conditions from the current Premises Licences and replace them with those set out in Section M of the application.
