Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
Gala Leisure Limited has given to Southampton City Council an application for variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Gala Club, Unit E, Antelope Park, Bursledon Road, Southampton, SO19 8NE. A brief description of the proposed variation is: To amend the finish time for the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment to 0200 hours on each day of the week.
The Licensing Register of Southampton City Council is held at The Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY and, where applicable, at www.southampton.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected between 0900 and 1200 or between 1400 and 1600 Mondays to Fridays at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Southampton City Council to be received at their above address by no later than Thursday 17 December 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
