MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING WORKS.
Notice is hereby given that Marina Developments Limited has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance of existing works. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at: Marina Office, Ocean Village Marina, 2 Channel Way, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 3TG.
Copies ofthe application and associated information maybe viewed on line in the Public Register atwww.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to Kirsty.McMillan@ marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 20th November 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00428.
