Notice is hereby given that Hammerson (Watermark) Limited has made an applica­tion to Southampton City Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence pursuant to S. 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of premises to be con­structed and to be known as Cau and to be situated at Unit 5, Level 3, Westquay Watermark (being land to South of Westquay Shopping Centre, East of Harbour Parade and West of Western Esplanade), Southampton, as more particu­larly delineated on the Site Location Plan deposited with this application. In summa­ry the application is for a Premises Licence Co permit provision of Live and Recorded Musk, Performance of Dance, and Similar Entertainment to Music and Dance, from 06:00am to Midnight, Monday to Sunday, sale/supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10.00am to Midnight, Monday to Sunday, provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00pm to Midnight, Monday to Sunday and opening hours 06.00am to Midnight, Monday to Sunday. On New Years Eve all permitted hours may continue until the start of hours permitted on New Years Day. The Licensing Register for Southampton City Council LicensingAuthority is kept at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, SO 14 7LY and may be inspected between the hours of 09:00 and 1100 or 14:00 and 16.-00 Monday to Friday and may also be found on www.soirthamptOT.gOT.uk/b03register. Any Party or Responsible Authority who wishes to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9LA on or before 3rd December 2015.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003 and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is £5000.
