LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A CLUB PREMISES LICENCE
I, Krishan Khuirana, Hereby give notice that it has applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Postal address of premises: Premiere Express, 19 Addis Square, Portswood Road, Southampton, SO17 2NE. The application is for the variation of the premises license as follows: -The Variation to the timing: The sale by retail of alcohol: Mon to Sunday 0800 hrs to 0100 hrs (7 days in a week) The relevant licensing authorityis Southampton CityCouncil, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register Anyrepresentations byan interested partyorarelevantauthority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between the 20th October 2015 and 8th November 2015.
