PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Southampton City Council tor a premises licence under the above Act on the 4th September 2015. Applicant: Walati Arora. Address of premises: Maybush Convenience Store, 105 Rownhams Road, Southampton S016 5EB. Proposed licensable activities: sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: alcohol sales every day 06.00 to 22.00. The address of the Licensing Authority where the statutory register is kept and the application may be inspected Monday to Friday 9-12 or 2-4pm is Southampton City Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Southampton S014 7LY. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Officer at Southampton City Council Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton S01S 9LA within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 4th NOVEMBER 2015. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in, or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
