MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR BURNLEY WHARF SILT DISPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that TARMAC LTD has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the disposal of silt at Nab Tower disposal site. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Central Library, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LW.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed online in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to tim.fay@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 20/10/2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00331.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
