LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I, Shoncee Bani-Sadr, Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Postal address of premises, Blue Box, 104 - 108 Bevois Valley Road, Southampton SO14 0JZ.
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: Remove the following condition:
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his meal. Replace with the following: At all times alcohol is available for sale a full food menu will be made available to customers. Alcohol shall not be delivered to a public place. Only a business or a residential address provided when the order was placed. TherelevantlicensingauthorityisSouthamptonCityCouncil,andthestatutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am - 12pm and from 2-4pm or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between date of the application and 20 clear working days after the application date.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000). Dated: 15th October 2015
