NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Applicant BG Patisserie Ltd. Premises: Boulangerie Victor Hugo, 49-50 High Street, Southampton, SO 14 2NS. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment 11:00 to midnight Monday to Saturday and 11:00 to 23:00 Sunday and late night refreshment 23:00 to midnight Monday to Saturday. Full details of which can be inspected on the application. The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. Any repre­sentations by a responsible authority or an/ other person regarding this applica­tion can be made to Southampton City Council Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton, Hampshire, SO 18 9LA website: www.southampton.gov.uk This must be received in writing by 11 November 2015 clearly stating the grounds upon which representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
