NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES UCENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Premises: Stoneham Golf Club, Monks Wood Close, Bassett, Southampton, SO 16 3TT.The application is to permit the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment from 10:00 to midnight each da/ and until 01*00 on New Year's Eve. This must be received in writing by 10 November 2015 clearly stating the grounds upon which representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
