Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence
I, Krishan Khurana, hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Name and address of premises, Premier Express, 19 Addis Square, Portswood Road, SO17 2NE. The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: The sale by retail of alcohol. Mon - Thursday 0800 to 0100 Hrs; Fri and Saturday 0800 - 0300 Hrs; Sunday 0800 - 0100 Hrs
The relevant Licensing Authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1GY between 09.00 and 12.00 or 14.00 and 16.00 Mondays to Fridays, or on the Internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ as to be received by them between the 29th September, 2015 and 27th October 2015.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000)
