LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 (section 2) NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORTHE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABUSHMENT LICENCE Take notice that on 22 September 2015, Hampshire Restaurants Ltd of The Armoury, Unit Rl Fort Wallington, Fareham, Hants, POI6 8TT made application to Southampton City Council for the transfer of the licence to use premises known as For Your Eyes Only, 135-136 High Street, Southampton, SO 14 2BR as a sexual entertainment venue as defined in Schedule 3 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982. The Transfer is just to a different operating company : there will be no change in operation, the operational supervision or the management team. A copy of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO 14 7LY during normal office hours or on the CounciPs website at

Any objection to this application shall be made in writing stating in general terms the grounds for objection to The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9LA, or in person to their offices at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO 14 7LY,and should arrive no later than 28 days after the 23rd September 2015. An objector's name and address shall not be revealed to the applicant by the Council without the objector's prior consent
