LICENSING ACT 2003 VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER S34 OF THE
LICENSING ACT2003
Applicant: Pizza Hut UK Limited. Address of Premises: Pizza Hut, Unit R6, West Quay Shopping Centre, Harbour Para'de, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 1QF. Notice is hereby given that an application to vary a premises licence has been
made to amend the premises licence
plan to include an extension of the restaurant and the licensed area. All other aspects of the Premises Licence remain the same. The full application
and licensing regis er can be inspected at Licensing Office, Southampton City Council, Civic
Centre, Southampton S014 7LY www.southampton.gov.uk during
normal business hours. Any person wishing to make representations must submit them in writing to the Local Authority at Licensing Team,
Southampton City Council; PO Box 1767, SOUTHAMPTON, SO18 9LA
clearly stating the grounds for the
representationno later than 22 October 2015.
It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application,
the maximum fine for which a person
is liable on summary conviction is
£5000.
