MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE DREDGING AT SAXON WHARF
Notice is hereby given that Marina Developments Limited has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredging at Saxon Wharf, Southampton. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at: Marina Office, Saxon Wharf, Lower York Street, Northam, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 5QF.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register atwww.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to mark.kirby@marinemanagement.org.uk  
within 28 days of 24^th September 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00284.
