PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OFTHE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to New Forest District Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 19th September 2015. Applicant: Karan Nayyar. Address of premises: Spar Convenience Store, 51 -53 Rumbridge Street, Totton, SO40 9DR. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol For Consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity - Alcohol Sales - Every day 06.00 to 23.00 hours.
