PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER N01/2015
The above Order was made on 28th August 2015. The effect of the Order Is to stop up the existing footpath known as Bltteme Park Primary School running from to A to B on the plan attached hereto. The existing footpath has a length of 156.5 metres and a minimum width of 1.8 metres and a maximum width of 2.4 metres and the Ordnance Survey Grid references are A 424636, 150182 to B472513,299067.
The proposed alternative footpath is shown on the plan marked G.H.I.J.K. The proposed alternative footpath will have a length of 349 metres and a width of 2.4 metres. The OS references are G 422907, 148690, H 402604, 167528, I 328573, 192167, J 362900,310376, K 472850,300206. Copies of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, Legal Services, Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY from 9am to 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order and the Map may be bought there at the price of £8.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services (ref CB/EP05/00/0088) at the above address not later than 1st October 2015. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representation or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn Southampton City Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Transport Local Government and the Regions for confirmation, any representations or objections, which have not been withdrawn, will be sent with the Order.
