MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE DREDGING AT HYTHE MARINA VILLAGE
Notice is hereby given that Marina Developments Limited has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredging at Hythe Marina Village (Approach Channel).
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at The Lock Building (Public Noticeboard), Shamrock Way, Hythe Marina Village, Hythe, Southampton, Hants. SO45 6DY
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register atwww.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to tim.fay@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 27th August 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00285.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
