NOTICE PURSUANT
TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
ROBERT ARTHUR CLARKE DECEASED
Any person having a claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the above named, who died on 24 January 2015, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under mentioned Solicitors for the Executor of the deceased's Will on or before 26 October 2015 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased, having regard only to claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
