NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORAVARIATION OFA PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Ltd have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council on 12th August 2015 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at West End Brewery, 59 High Street, West End, Southampton, SO30 3DQ. To vary the licensing plans to incorporate the following changes: To carry out full internal refurbishment and extend the trading area. To reduce the existing bar counter. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 9th September 2015 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Department, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Department, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA, liquor.licensing@eastleigh.gov.uk, during normal office hours. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine is £5000.
