Notice is hereby given that Hammerson (Watermark) Limited has made an application to Southampton City Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence pursuant to S.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of premises to be constructed and to be known as Bill's and to be situated at Unit SU68, Level 3, Westquay, (formerly part of Waterstones bookshop and adjacent to the Westquay Shopping Centre south entrance onto Portland Terrace), Southampton as more par­ticularly delineated on the Site Location Plan deposited with this application. In summary the applica­tion is for a Premises Licence to per­mit provision of Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, and Similar Entertainment to Music and Dance, from 06:00am to Midnight, Monday to Sunday, sale/supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10.00am to Midnight, Monday to Sunday, provi­sion of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00pm to Midnight, Monday to Sunday and opening hours 06.00am to Midnight, Monday to Sunday. On New Years Eve all permitted hours may continue until the start of hours permitted on New Years Day. The Licensing Register for Southampton City Council Licensing Authority is kept at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY and may be inspected between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday and may also be found on www.soutnampton.gov.uk/la03register. Any Party or Responsible Authority who wishes to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, S018 9LA on or before 23rd August 2015. It is an offence knowingly or reckless­ly to make a false statement in con­nection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003 and the maxi­mum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is £5000.
