Gala Leisure Limited has given to Southampton City Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for Gala Club, Unit E, Antelope Retail Park, Bursledon Road, Southampton, SO19 8NE The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are the sale by retail of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment, the provision of late night refreshment The Licensing Register of Southampton City Council is held at The Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY and, where applicable, at www.southampton.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected between 0900 and 1200 or between 1400 and 1600 Mondays to Fridays at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Southampton City Council to be received at their above address by no later than Tuesday 25 August 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
