NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of David Johnson Thubron late of Flat 16 Hesketh House Cawte Road, Southampton SO15 35N who died on the 26th March 2015 is required to send particulars thereof to the undernamed Solicitors no later than 2 calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the estate having regard onlyto valid claims and interests of which he has had notice, and will not, in respect of the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not have had notice.
