NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX
ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE TAKE NOTICETHATon9July2015, For Your Eyes Only Limited of 15-16 Stockholm Close, Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate, Tyne & Wear, NE29 7SF made application to Southampton City Council for the renewal of the licence to use premises to be known as For Your Eyes Only, 135-136 High Street, Southampton, SO14 2BR as a sexuÂal entertainment venue as defined in Schedule 3 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.Acopyofthe application may
be inspected at the offices of the
Licensing Team, Southampton City
Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY during normal office hours or on the Council's website at www.southampton.gov.uk/sexest. Any objection to this application
shall be made in writing stating in general terms the grounds for
objection to The Licensing Team,
Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA, or
in persontotheirofficesattheCivic
Centre,SouthamptonSO147LY,and
should arrive no later than 28 days
after the 9th July2015.
An objector's name and address
shall not be revealed to the
applicant by the Council withoutthe objector's prior consent.
