Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Nat'l Amusements (UK) Ltd has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Showcase Cinema Southampton, West Key Shopping Centre, West Key Watermark, Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1BA. The proposed licensable activities and
their hours are: To permit the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 1000 to 0300 the following morning; provision of regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day; late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0500 the following morning; opening hours Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day. Any representations regarding the above-
mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA no later than 5th August 2015 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Southampton City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.southampton.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
