THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR MARINE LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Costain Group PLC (Backford North, Caughall Lane, Backford, Chester, CH2 4BW) is applying to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) to undertake a regulated activity under Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. The application is to remove two redundant fire pumps at Mercury Yacht Harbour, Hamble-le-Rice.
