LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I Ashishkumar Gajjar have made application to Southampton City Council (the Council) for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Maynard News 5 Civic Centre Road Southampton SO14 7FJ enabling the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 06:00 and 24:00 daily when the premises will be open to the public.
A copy of the Application can be viewed at the Licensing
Office of the Council Civic Centre Southampton SO14 7LY between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00 and 14:00
and 16:00 from Monday to Friday or viewed on line at
www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register.
Any person wishing to make any representations on this
application must do so in writing to the Licensing Office Southampton City Council PO Box 1767 Southampton SO18 9LA or by e-mail to licensing8southampton.gov.uk/ licensing by no later than 16:00 on the 31st July 2015. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to
make a false statement in connection with an application
and, on summary conviction, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
