Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of KIYOKO LUCKHURST deceased retired of 5 Adur Close West End Southampton SO18 3NH and who died on 2nd January 2015 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Executors, Mar D H Ebert and Mrs C Dale of David Ebert LLP Solicitors 44 High Street West End Southampton SO30 3DR, and to send such particulars no later than two months and one day after the appearance of this Notice after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had Notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to anyperson ofwhose claim theyshall not have had Notice.
