Notice is hereby gven that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Popworld, Lower Bannister Street, Southampton, SO15 2EH applied to Southampton City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to: 1. To add the provision of films from 10:00 until 03:00 the following day Monday to Sunday; 2. To extend the
hours for live music, performances of
dance, late night refreshment and the sale
of alcohol to 03:00 the following day Monday to Sunday; 3. To extend the
opening hours of the premises to 03:30 the following day Monoay to Sunday; 4. To add addition'al non-standard timing;, as
detailed in the application form for films,
live music, performances of dance, late
night refreshment, the sale of alcohol and
the opening hours; and 5. To remove
outdated conditions and replacethese with
other suitable co ditio s to promote
the licensing objectives. These conditions
are set out at section M of the application form which has been served
upon the responsible authorities. Any
representations regarding the above-
mentioned application mus^ be received in
writing by Licensing Team, Southampton
CityCouncil, POBoX ^Southampton, SO18 9LA no later than 21 July 2015
stating the grounds for representation. The
register of Southampton City Council and
the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business
hours or on the council's website -

make a false statementin connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is £5,000.
