MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF COBDEN BRIDGE RIVERSIDE WALL
Notice is hereby given that The Planning Bureau Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the construction of Cobden Bridge Riverside Wall. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at (1).
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/ check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to angela.wildish@marinemanagement. org.uk, within 28 days of 24th June 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00049.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicanta copy of any objection or representation we receive.
