In the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late ofWestwinds, Lakeland Gardens, Marchwood, Southampton SO40 4XG who died on the 2nd May 2015.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to s. 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, thatanyperson having a claim against or an interestin the estate of the deceased person is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to Paul Paveley & Co, Peterscroft House, 16 Peterscroft Avenue, Ashurst, Southampton SO40 7AB before the 1stSeptember 2015 after which date the Executor will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard onlyto the claims and interests of which theyhave had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to anyperson ofwhose claim theyshall not then have had notice.
