LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for Variation of a Club Premises Licence
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing
authority of Fareham Borough Council for a variation of a club premises licence
under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Details of the application are as follows:
Name of Applicant: Saltern's Working Men's Club
Postal address of club premises (if no postal address, a description of the
location and extent of the premises):
43 Newtown Road, Warsash, Southampton, SO31 9FY
Brief description of proposed licensable activities at the club premises:
Addition of patio area to front of premises for tables and chairs under club
certificate until 2300 hours.
Increase in hours for activities and alcohol until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays not already covered under 'non-standard timings' on the current licence. A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below.
Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Department of Health and Regulatory Services, PO Box 14, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7PR by no later than 28 days from the date ofthis notice.
The closing date for representations is: 2 July 2015
ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
Itis an offence toknowinglyorrecklesslymakea false statementin connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
