PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to New Forest District Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 2nd June 2015. Applicant: Martin McColl Limited, Address of Premises: Martins, 43 - 45 High Street, Hythe, Southampton, S045 6AG. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption off the Premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every Day - Alcohol Sales 06:00 to 23:00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kepf and the application may be inspected is: *Licensing Team, New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Lyndhursr, Hampshire, S043 7PA. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds tor making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 30th June 2015.
