Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Anchor Trust has made an application to Eastleigh Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence pursuant to S.I 7 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of retirement village premises to be known as Village Core Building, Bishopstoke Park, Oakleigh Square, Gamier Drive, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh, SO50 6HE. In summary the application is for exhibition of films, provision of live and recorded music, performance of dance, provision of regulated entertainment of a similar description and sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, between 08.00am and 23:59pm Monday to Sunday and provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23.00pm and 23.59pm Monday to Sunday. On New Years Eve permitted hours shall continue for all licenseable activities until the start of permitted hours on New Years Day, with the exception of Late Night Refreshment for which the permitted hours shall continue until 5.00am on New Years Day. The Licensing Register for Eastleign Borough Council Licensing Authority is kept at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, EastleigF, SO50 0YN and at the Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY and may be inspected between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday and may also be found on www.eastleigh.gov.uk. Any Party or Responsible Authority who wishes to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SOI 8 9LA on or before 23rd June 2015.
