LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Sukhbir Singh Brar has applied in respect of Costcutter, 88 Oakley Road, Southampton, SO16 4LJ to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for change in the licensing hours from 6:30 - 20:30 to 6:30 -22:30 Sunday to Saturday.
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between 22nd May 2015 to 19th June 2015. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
