NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENCING ACT 2003
Application has been made to Southampton City Council by The Notes Cafe Limited for a new premises licence at 14/15 Hanover Buildings, Southampton, S014 1JX to sell alcohol and host live amplified/ non-amplified music between the hours of 12:00 until 23:00 Monday to Sunday. The licencing register and record of the applicant may be inspected at the offices of Southampton City Council Licencing Team, Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY between the hours of 09:00 - 12:00 & 14:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday excluding public bank holidays.
Any representation by reasonable authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council before Wednesday 17th June 2015.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person found guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000)
