PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Southampton City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 15th May 2015. Applicant: Martin McColl Limited. Address ofpremises: MARTINS, 14-15 Lordshill District Centre, Southampton, Hampshire, S016 8HY. Proposed [icensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day - alcohol sales 06:00 to 23:00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, SOI 4 7LY Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 12th June 2015. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
