TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Section 27
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Leslie Gordon Chant deceased late of 1 Testwood Place, Totton, Southampton SO44 3BE who died on the 13th day of April 2015 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Mathew Asghar, Solicitors, whose address is 63A Scotforth Road, Lancaster LA1 4SD, and to send such particulars not later than the 31 st day of July 2015 after which date the Personal Representative will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
