MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR MARINE LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that ABP Port of Southampton has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake Navigational Maintenance Dredging in order to maintain safe navigation of Southampton harbour and its approaches. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at (ABP Port of Southampton; Reception; Ocean Gate; Atlantic Way; Southampton; SO14 3QN).
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov. uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of (14^th May 2015), quoting reference MLA/2014/00592.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
