LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A CLUB PREMISES LICENCE
We, Loungers Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Address of Premises - 190-192 Portswood Road Southampton, SO17 2LB It is proposed to vary the licence for these premises to: Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol on Thursday to Saturday to midnight and New Year's Eve until 01.00 hrs (following day). To add Late Night Refreshment Thursday to Saturday until Midnight To bring forward opening hours to 08.00 hrs all week and extend closing hours to 00.30 hrs Thursday to Saturday and New Year's Eve until 01.30 hrs (following day) all as per the application. All other times and licensable activity to remain unaltered The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them by 20^th May 2015.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction of the offence is not exceeding £5,000
