Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Pic has applied in respect of the Shooting Star Public House, 42-44 Bevois Valley Road, Southampton, Hampshire S014 OJR for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To extend the sale of alcohol on a Friday and Saturday night until 03:00 hours the following morning, (currently permitted until 02:00 hours). To extend the opening hours of the premises on a Friday ana Saturday night until 03:30 hours the following morning. To remove conditions which are no longer appropriate to the business. Alternative conditions have been proposed to mitigate any impact. For full details of the proposed conditions please refer to the application.
