NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY
A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that Cashino Gaming Limited of the following address: 1A Seebeck Place, Knowlhilt, Milton Keynes, MK5 8FR is applying under Section 187 of the Camming Act 2005 to vary a premises licence issued under that Act. The application relates to the following premises: Cashino (formerly Moretons), 89 Above Bar Street, Bargate, Southampton, S014 7FG. The application is to vary the licence as follows: To remove the authorised ativity of operating an adult gaming centre and to add the authonsed activity of providing facilities for playing bingo, under section 187(1)(a) of the Gambling Act 2005. The application has been made to: Southampton City Council, Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton, S018 9LA Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 11 May 2015.
