Deceased Pursuant to the TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Edwin Arthur Buy deceased late of 14 Quoyne Court Duttons Road Romsey Hampshire SO51 8AP who died on 11th October 2014 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for David George Buy the Executor on or before 29th June 2015 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall have had notice.
