Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of Pinewood Care Home, 34 Telegraph Road, Southampton, SO30 3EX, (former address) 3 Cecil Road, Southampton
SO19 2HX who died on
15/2/2015, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the Executors undersigned on or before 16/06/2015 after which the Executors will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
