LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I Shoncee Bani-Sadr Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: The Blue Box Cafe 104 - 108 Bevois Valley Road, Southampton SO14 0JZ. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on & off the premises) Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 22:00hours. The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am - 12pm and from 2-4pm or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between the 27th March 2015 and 24th April 2015. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
