Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Litten Tree, 36-38 High Street, Eastleigh, SO50 5LE applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:
1.To extend the start time for films and the opening hours of the premises (including any standard and non standard timings) to 07:00 on Monday to Sunday, in order to serve breakfast.
2. To extend the
terminal hour for all licensable activities permitted on the premise licence to 03:00 hours the following day on
Friday's and Saturday's.
3.To extend the terminal hour for opening to 03:30 the following day on Friday's and Saturday's.
4. To vary and add certain Non - Standard timings, as detailed in the Application.
5. To amend and remove conditions on the premises licence, as detailed in the Application.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team,
Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SOI8 9LA no later than 22 April 2015 stating the grounds for representation.
