STELLA JOYCE WINTER (DECEASED)

Pursuant to the TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Stella Joyce Winter deceased late of Flat 12 Beaufort Mews Grammar School Lane Wimborne Dorset BH21 1PQ who died on Sixth February 2015 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for Anthony Baynham and Norma Baynham the Executors on or before 1st June 2015 after which date the Executos will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
